Given data :\(15\),\(6\),\(12\),\(17\),\(21\),\(10\),\(4\),\(3\)
Arranging the data in ascending order ,we get
\(3\),\(4\),\(6\),\(10\),\(15\),\(17\),\(21\)
We know that range is the difference between the greatest value and smallest value.
i.e. \(\text{Range = Largest value - Smallest value}\)
\( = 21 - 3 = 18\)
Hence, correct option is (C)
