Question and Answer

Question

\({P}{Q}{R}\) is a triangle right angled at P. If \({P}{Q}={10}{c}{m}{\quad\text{and}\quad}{P}{R}={24}{c}{m},\) find \({Q}{R}\)

Answer

According to Question

\({Q}{R}^{{2}}={P}{Q}^{{2}}+{P}{R}^{{2}}\)

\({Q}{R}^{{2}}={10}^{{2}}+{24}^{{2}}\)

\({Q}{R}^{{2}}={100}+{576}={676}\)

QR=26cm.
