Solution

If we have a number $$a$$,then reciprocal of $$a=\frac 1a$$where $$a\neq0$$,as reciprocal of $$0$$ is not defined
So, reciprocal of$$\dfrac{-7}{16}=\dfrac 1{\dfrac{-7}{16}}=\dfrac{-16}7$$
According to the question,
$$=\dfrac 6{13}\times\dfrac{(-16)}7$$
$$=\dfrac{-96}{91}$$
Hence, the required value is $$\dfrac{-96}{91}$$.
