Solution

According to leap year rules:
1. Every year divisible by 4 is a leap year, if it is not a century.
2. Centuries which are divisible by 400 are leap years, but no other century is a leap year.
So, 400, 800,1200 and 2000 comes in this category.
Therefore, 1200 is a leap year
Hence, option (C) is correct.
